Kudos to Missoula Mayor John Engen for supporting federal climate change legislation!

He sent this letter, urging Congressman Rehberg to support the 2009 American Clean Energy and Security Act, or "ACES."  Mayor Engen notes the bill will "create millions of clean energy jobs, reduce our dependency on foreign oil, and limit carbon pollution that causes global warming."   

We think he's right.  In addition, limiting greenhouse gases will protect the Montana way of life.  It might just let me teach my kids to ski right here at home, and keep family farmers from devestating drought to come.  

Thanks, Mayor Engen, for standing up for our clean, cold rivers and unparalleled fish and wildlife.  We hope Rep. Rehberg will too.
