Victory! LR 123 off the ballot!

Aug. 10, 2012 - The Montana Supreme Court today upheld the District Court decision that Legislative Referendum 123 is indeed blatantly unconstitutional and therefore will not appear on Montana’s November ballot.
This is a gigantic victory for common sense and Montana values.
