State
The office of Secretary of State is crucial to MCV’s work not just with the Land Board, but also to encourage good government and increased voter participation.
Linda’s current role as Superintendent of Public Instruction has given her first-hand knowledge of the conservation issues before the Land Board, and she hopes to continue her work to be a good steward of the Montana’s 5.2 million acres of state public land.
She will be up against incumbent Brad Johnson (R), and Constitionalist Sieglande Sharbono for this important post in the Nov. 4 election.
