General Scott Wheeler has a diverse background of public service, including a long tenure in the U.S. Army as a history professor at the U.S. Military Academy.
Currently, he owns a small logging operation in the Flathead Valley. Scott would like to protect Montana citizens' access to all public lands (and rivers) for recreation, hunting, and fishing, and prevent the sale of public lands for a one-time financial gain. He lives with his wife Jane in West Valley.
He will face incumbent Bill Beck (R) and Timothy Martin (C) in the fall election.
