Councilor Duane Larson
Duane Larson, a Montana native and 52-year resident of Kalispell, has served on the city council for 19 years.
He’s been a member of the Flathead City-County Health Board for 16 years and serves on the board of the Montana League of Cities and Towns.
He supports strong planning efforts and is experienced and thoughtful about appropriate land use policies. Air and water quality issues are a focus of his work on the health board.
He is challenged by Clinton Cathcart, a non-participant in MCV’s endorsement process.
