Billings Fundraiser for Steve Bullock - Candidate for Atty. General

With the National Democratic Convention kicking off this week and the Republican Convention starting next week, it is certainly easy to get caught up in the excitement of the presidential race.  However here in Montana we have elections crucial to the direction of our state up and down the ballot, including the Attorney General’s Race where MCV endorsed Steve Bullock. 

As a member of the State Land Board, the Attorney General helps oversee 5.2 Million Acres of state lands. Steve has a proven record of standing up for the public’s right to access land. He understands what makes Montana special and will protect it as a member of the state land board. And Steve will use the Attorney General’s office to protect Montana’s unique constitutional right to a clean and healthful environment.

MCV is co-hosting a fundraiser for Steve Bullock this Thursday August 28th from 4:00-7:00PM at McCleary’s Tavern (2314 Montana Ave Billings).

Come and talk to Steve about environmental issues or other issues that are important to you, and bring your check books. Absentee ballots go out on October 6th, and Steve needs funds to communicate his message.  The maximum allowable contribution is $310, and all amounts are appreciated.  Also the Bullock Campaign has a special this week, where every person who contributes over $125 will receive a Bullock T-Shirt.
