The panel includes JJ Adams, Economic Development Advisor for the U. S. Senate Finance Committee, Pat Bousliman, Energy Tax Policy Analyst for the U. S. Senate Finance Committee, and Catharine Ransom, Senior Climate and Energy advisor for U.S. Senator Max Baucus.
