Mayor Jeff Krauss
A commissioner since 2003, Jeff is Bozeman’s current mayor and the Director of Finance and Administration for the Museum of the Rockies.
He is the former Gallatin Co. Treasurer, Gallatin Co. Zoning Commission Chair and served on the Bozeman Local Govt. Study Commission from 1994-1996.
Jeff was a strong supporter of Bozeman’s successful open space bonds.
2007 marks the first time that Bozeman voters will directly select the city mayor. MCV co-endorsed Jeff Krauss and Jon Gerster. Recently, Gerster announced his withdrawal from the race.
