Juliann has lived in Livingston for ten years and until recently was a small business owner, overseeing a successful art gallery.
An accomplished ceramic artist and painter, Juliann has served on the Livingston animal shelter board.
She’s passionate about conservation issues, identifying growth and planning issues, protection of critical riparian habitat near the Yellowstone River and solid waste management as some of the priority issues facing Livingston.
Incumbent Patricia Grabow did not complete MCV’s candidate questionnaire in this three-way race for two seats on Livingston's City Commission.
