Mark Elison
Mark is a Montana native who moved to Billings in 1991.
Mark is a teacher and speech and drama coach at Billings Central Catholic High School. He’s also taught at MSU-B and Rocky Mountain College.
In 1993, Mark was elected and served eight years on the council until term-limited.
He is a strong advocate of establishing a city-operated recycling program and encouraging better public transportation.
