Councilor Peggie Gaghen
A long-time Billings resident, Peggie has been a leader in numerous community and civic groups, and is a former teacher and staff person for Sen. Baucus.
Peggie is a supporter of many conservation groups, including Northern Plains and MCV.
She has been a voice for conservation and smart growth on the City Council, including advocating for a responsible City-County Growth Plan and in-fill development projects.
Peggie will face Curt Zygmond, who took part in the endorsement process but was not endorsed, and William Nigro who did not respond to MCV’s endorsement questionnaire.
