Rick VanAken
MCV member Rick VanAken was appointed to the commission in Jan. 2007, to fulfill Bob Ebinger’s term, who stepped down after his election to the Legislature.
A Livingston native, Rick is a passionate angler and outdoorsman.
In his short tenure, he has already distinguished himself as a conservation leader on growth and planning, water quality and public health issues.
Incumbent Patricia Grabow did not complete MCV’s candidate questionnaire in this three-way race for two seats on Livingston's City Commission.
