Councilor Vince Ruegamer
Vince is running for his second term on City Council and is a retired Executive Vice-President of First Interstate.
He currently serves on the boards of Big Sky EDA, Bright and Beautiful, Montana Business Incubator, Billings Yellowstone Kiwanis, and was formerly on the City-County Planning Board.
Vince is an advocate for in-fill development and improved electronic sign regulation.
